Brilliant service from James and Aadil. They were patient, understanding and really took their time to provide expert advice on roof rack options for my car. I ended up buying a Yakima JayLow rooftop kayak mount which was perfect as it saved me money from having to replace the entire roof rack and cross bars. James installed them quickly and carefully and I was soon on my way to purchase two kayaks and take them out over the weekend!Thanks guys for providing an amazing service and looking after me!Cheers,Eddie

Went for a roof rack system for my car.They are supposed to be a superstore, but didn't have any of the parts for a landcruiser. 10 days delivery is a joke for being your primary product range.

Repeat customer. Just had a boat loader installed. Despite the complex scenario they had the right skills and customer service to get the job completed to a very high standard with minimal lead time. 100% recommend.

I bought a Rhino Rack but it didn’t fit correctly due to manufacturing and Jeep alignment, I went back to Roof Rack superstore - Jason helped me and made sure I got a replacement. What excellent service - This man deserves 10 stars for his amazing work. Thank you so much Jason

The crew at Roof Rack Superstore set me up with a RhinoRack Pioneer platform, backbone and some jerry holders. The young boke Adil was very helpful on the phone and they did a quality install. I would use these guys again.

I can not thanks enough the whole team of roof rack superstore in ozzy park.I was kinda paranoid about roof rack and have seen guys with their roof rack severely damaged while offroad.After a long and very detailed chat with the guys in store, all my doubts were cleared. Ford motors manufacturer also confirmed load ratings and what not.Thanks for the awesome job guys!

Poor service and expensive. I went into Osb Park store and young kid wasn't keen on really helping much, I had asked for options on what can I put on 2022 Kia Carnival for roof racks and some sort of platform or similar mounted to the racks. Told me can't do, can only get roof racks and a really expensive tiny little basket which was useless. Then when the roof rack adaptor kit I needed wasn't in stock, he literally lost all interest in helping me and went to the next person, wouldn't even tell me when it would be available.I went online, found a roof rack specialist chain in QLD, rang them up and they straight away gave me several different options closer to what I was looking for including a Rhino rack platform, all safe and within specs of my car's guidelines. Same roof rack adaptor kit wasn't available, but this other retailer sent out everything else I needed, kept updating me when adaptor kit would be in stock and then 10 days later it came express post only a few days behind the other items.I won't be recommending Roof Rack Superstore anytime soon. Maybe young kid was having a bad day but I didn't get the help I expected from a specialist store like that.
